3. Service Agreement and Booking

Booking Process

• All transportation services require written confirmation
• Shipment details must be accurate and complete
• Rates are quoted based on information provided by customer
• Service is subject to carrier availability and acceptance
• We reserve the right to decline service for any reason

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment information (weight, dimensions, commodity)
• Ensure cargo is properly packaged and ready for transport
• Provide necessary documentation (BOL, permits, etc.)
• Be available for pickup and delivery as scheduled
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing

• All rates are quoted in US Dollars
• Rates may vary based on market conditions, fuel costs, and equipment availability
• Additional charges may apply for special services, detention, or accessorial services
• Rate quotes are valid for the time period specified in the quote

Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date
• Invoices will be sent electronically unless otherwise requested
• Late payment may result in interest charges and collection fees
• We reserve the right to require prepayment or credit approval
• Disputed charges must be reported within 10 days of invoice date

5. Carrier Selection and Performance

We select carriers based on:

• Valid operating authority and insurance coverage
• Safety ratings and compliance history
• Equipment suitability for the shipment
• Geographic coverage and availability
• Performance history and customer feedback

6. Insurance and Claims

Insurance Coverage

• All carriers are required to maintain minimum insurance levels
• Primary cargo insurance responsibility lies with the motor carrier
• We maintain contingent cargo insurance as secondary coverage
• Customers may purchase additional insurance if desired

Claims Process

• All loss or damage claims must be reported immediately
• Written notice of claim must be provided within 9 months
• Customers must preserve evidence and cooperate in claim investigation
• Claims are processed according to applicable transportation regulations

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages
• Equipment failures, accidents, or carrier unavailability
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately for non-payment or credit issues
• Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party

9. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Customer pricing information and shipping data
• Business relationships and customer lists
• Proprietary information shared in the course of business
• Personal information as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Communication and SMS Services
