4. Pricing and Payment Terms

6. Insurance and Claims

Claims Process
- All loss or damage claims must be reported immediately

- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or carrier performance
- No warranty is made regarding third-party carrier performance
7. Force Majeure

- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
- Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship:
- With 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately for non-payment or credit issues
- Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
